What teams did you construct whilst playing the games, or what team are you working on if you're still playing?

Donald and I recently found that taking Pokemon to a debate tournament is probably the best way to pass downtime.

I'm looking at training the following at the moment:

Heracross
Umbreon
Vaporeon
Ampharos
Alakazam
Skarmory

I'm undecided on Umbreon to be honest. It's great defensively, but I may have screwed up the moveset strategically. We shall see.

One Pokemon that I don't have but would be a major use to me would be Bilssey. It's got great stats in pretty much everything. Donald is pretty much forcing me to start a new game though so we'll see how that goes.

I just beat Red/Ash, whatever you want to call him. Win.

All three of my highest leveled pokemon (Mew, Dewgong and Ho-oh) got destroyed by one Kingdra in the Battle Tower today lol

My Silver Team is made composed of,
Scizor
Vaporeon
Marowak
Jolteon
Kingdra
and.. Charizard.

And, I just started a new file on crystal, (largely due to Jake's request that I start a new file as well.) So far elekid is the only pokemon that I am sure I am going to use.

Man, I don't remember what my setup was...but you guys have me wanting to play so badly again. I can't find my gameboy or my pokemon red...urg. I might have to jailbreak my ipod and see if i can get an emulator for it.

My crystal version is broke, so it is Blue for me.

Some of Blue's sprite graphics are so obnoxious looking.

Well they did not have much to work with on the original game boy graphics wise.

Yeah, Blue's graphics aren't that amazing, but I could care less. It is fun for me.

Noooooooooo. I'm not disputing the quality of the graphics. I think they're fine.

For blue specifically, the sprites have different expressions/positions and I find them to be really obnoxious. The sprites are the animations of the Pokemon when you battle them. They are different in Red/Yellow.

I have sodly only seen crystal i must see all these other ones.
