Sleep.
First topic message reminder :
What do you love to fall asleep do?
I love to fall to slumber with the cadence of raindrops. Or the cascading thunder from a storm.
Also, what is your ideal temperature?
I love it when it's a bit chilly outside of my blankets, it makes under me feel encompassed in warmth under my blankets.

Lol, up till four? What were you doing? That is a little too late for recreational activities. Was it homework?

Re: Sleep.
I'm generally in bed by 10 or 11 every night because I do have a considerable amount of morning classes, and I like to be up early enough to appreciate the day!
If I wake up and it's glaring sunlight at like 12:00, I feel like I was unprepared to be greeted by such horrendous, pervasive rays. But if I wake as the sun is just crawling up, and the skyline is bleeding red, then I can get up comfortably and gradually, getting increasingly invigorated as more light pours into the atmosphere.
Rain is the perfect thing to fall asleep to, but when that's not an option (which is most of the time), I end up putting on a Lydia album.
Or Port Blue or Telefon Tel Aviv or Imogen Heap or Band of Horses or The Decemberists, etc.; you get the idea

Re: Sleep.
I would really like to try to develop the discipline to make myself go to bed at determined times.Though, I never really have thought of the morning as a time I wanted to appreciate...I enjoy the night too much, I think.
Re: Sleep.
I agree, I will sometimes tell myself that im going to go to bed earlier then I normally do but I never do. And if I went to bed early I still just end up laying there not being able to fall asleep.

Re: Sleep.
Yes, I have that same problem. Just laying there not being able to go to sleep is very common for me. So I text my girlfriend.
