Life vs. Sleep
Anymore, I feel as though there is a distinction to be made between younger adults and sleep.
I can't shake off the feeling that there just aren't enough hours in the day to fulfill every aspiration as planned - sleep seems to get in the way, no?
Unfortunately, I really love sleep, but I prefer to remain wakeful and occupied. I can't even recall a time recently where I've felt confident enough in my schedule to throw all regard to the wind and just sleep, sleep, sleep. I'm looking forward to that day, but how does everyone else feel about this?
Does sleep take precedence over your sociability, schoolwork, or your job?

I can't get less than 6 hours of sleep without feeling completely awful.

That is the same thing for me Jake instead I feel tired even after getting 7 and 8. I am a little guy, so I guess I need my beauty sleep.

Re: Life vs. Sleep
I completely agree, it seems that no matter how well or how smoothly my day goes i still am not able to get done with all the things i wanted to accomplish for the day. It seems as that i always am staying up late or getting up early to get things in order. The other thing that throws a major problem is if you have a job. My job seems to attribute into taking major time out of my day also

Re: Life vs. Sleep
I feel the same, Connor. The days just are not long enough to fulfill everything I want to. Seems like half of the time I get around to doing anything, it's already time to go to sleep again.
Re: Life vs. Sleep
Here's an interesting article, though common knowledge for most. It is just odd to allocate so much time for a resting activity.
