Best Horror Movies
I think my favorite of all time is by far The Descent. It has all the perfect elements of a horror film with claustrophobia, fear of impending doom, betrayal, gore, and endless surprises.
Re: Best Horror Movies
The Shining for me.

Re: Best Horror Movies
I'm gonna have to say my favorite horror movie is Scary Movie 2. Not really, you all know I'm going to go with my obvious answer of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Although lately I've really been watching a lot of Sam Raimi's stuff. The Evil Deads and Army of Darkness are amazing films. Not to mention his horror movie return a few months back with Drag Me to Hell.

I almost hurled when I read Scary Movie 2. Then it was okay because you were joking, but on that topic, anything with the word movie in it sucks. It's amazing that America is entertained by those mindless and derivative films.
Re: Best Horror Movies
I actually don't mind the first two Scary Movies, but after those two, the series went to crap along with Freidberg and Seltzer's movies.

Re: Best Horror Movies
The Scary Movies 1 and 2 really aren't that bad. After that is really bad.
Screams 1 and 2 were good, but the 3rd one is oookay, I guess.
