Anime/Manga
I'm not that huge of a fan of anime, but there are a few shows I enjoy from time to time like Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, and Boondocks.
Never really been huge into manga though.

Re: Anime/Manga
Not a big fan of the art style and none of the stories intrest me much. I enjoyed watching Dragonball Z when I was younger but that's the extent of it. Although Cowboy Bebop's looked pretty cool from some of the stuff I've seen.

Re: Anime/Manga
I really don't like anime.
I watched an episode of Zatch Bell one time and couldn't stop laughing.

Re: Anime/Manga
I'm trying to ween myself back into anime. So far I've been watching season one of Gundam Wing (AWW YEAH), Saiyuki Reload, and Dragonball Z.
I miss Gundam Wing so bad when it played on Cartoon Network.

- Spoiler:
- I'm not going to lie though, I LOVED Steel Angel Kurumi. I thought it was going to be some lesbian happy omgz Azianz ^___________^ anime (well... it was), but it had such a rich and epic story, that I couldn't stop watching it until the season was over (the episodes were about ten minutes long, so you could knock it out in a day). Season two, however, I was disappoint. They screwed it up hardcore.

Re: Anime/Manga
Hmm, I've never heard of that series. I also find Anime to be enjoyable when the stories are deep. That's the basis of any Anime that I've ever liked.
Re: Anime/Manga
Its definitely worth checking out. Beware though, it is pretty girly in a sense, but there's a nice mixture of manly ass-whooping action to balance it out. The story however, is awesome.
Wikipedia wrote:The story follows a young boy (aged 11) named Nakahito Kagura. He is pushed by a group of classmates to go into a house rumored to belong to a mad scientist. Inside, he comes across what seems to be a life-like doll. At the same time, the Japanese Army carries out an attack on the house. During the attack the "doll" falls over and Nakahito accidentally kisses it, causing it to awaken. The doll turns out to be the Steel Angel Kurumi, who is being hunted by the military for mysterious reasons.
The show comprises twenty-four 15-minute episodes and four 15-minute encores episodes. While somewhat of an oddity for the length of its episodes, the show ran for the full duration of a normal season of anime. The project enjoyed a budget that allowed for (at the time) above-average production values, noticeable in the numerous shot changes during action sequences, frequent use of computer graphic-assisted effects, and elaborate backgrounds.

Re: Anime/Manga
Dragon Ball Z is about the only Anime' I ever watched. But there is this one show on Adult Swim from time to time about this kid and what I guess is his sister that rides around on a little yellow moped. Anybody know the name of it? It's actually pretty good.

I'm a HUGE FAN of anime. I watch all sorts of show but the most recent is Kurokami, which has like 3 deaths in the first ep.

Re: Anime/Manga
I rent manga from the library - might go in today and rent some anime as well. I enjoy some of it. I LOVE Outlaw Star and Serial Experiments Lain. A lot of the newer anime I just can't get into to be honest.
