Favorite Movie
First topic message reminder :
There are so many great movies out there, it's hard to decide on my favorites. I loved the new Rambo movie (sooo gory!) and AVP-R, but I think my favorite movie is Shooter with Mark Wahlburg. Solid story, and sniper movies (when done correctly) are amazing! If you haven't seen any of those three, check em all, and look up Shooter sometime if you like a great action movie with an excellent plot line and great intelligence!

Re: Favorite Movie
Well Jake u see superbad didn't have a good plot to go with the humor so I think Mallrats actually had a plot to help the humor.

Re: Favorite Movie
Superbad is definitely the movie that defines this high school generation. Much like Fast Times At Ridgemont High.

I saw that one a few days ago....it bugged me at first that there was hardly any talking, but after a while I really got into it. It just grossed me out how enormous everyone had gotten and how they're all "I didn't know we had a pool here". But overall it was a good movie, well worth owning....

Re: Favorite Movie
I think, out of respect for perhaps some of the greatest movies ever...we should consider Back to the Future, Lord of the Rings, and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure....(the third is mah fave tho....)

Spinal Tap is rather hilarious.
The Cucumber was memorable.
ok, I just finished watching Gladiator. That gets a spot in the top five for sure, that movie is EPIC.. Killer storytelling and an amazing plot. It's pretty powerful in all aspects.

Re: Favorite Movie
I would have to say my favorite movie is Benny and Joon with Johnny Depp; love him. Don't get me wrong though, there are probably about a thousand other movies I love.

Re: Favorite Movie
I'd definitely have to go with 'Apocalypse Now'...such an enticing look at war and its horrors. I also love 'The Silence of the Lambs' (the acting is just so irresistable). And 'Princess Bride' is AMAZING.
