Zeitgeist
First topic message reminder :
I'm currently watching the most astounding movie I believe I have ever seen. It is called 'Zeitgeist'. Zeitgeist is a German word that means the "Spirit Of The Times". In this movie, many things are being covered.
Part I is religion and its ties to astrology and ancient beliefs
Part II is covering 9/11 -- and how it was almost CERTAINLY set up by the United States Government.
Part III is showing how the world is slowly but surely to be integrated into one monopoly with the mindless humans as swine, cattle, etc...
The movie can be found here
http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/main.htm
And I suggest that all of you watch it. The movie runs about 2 hours, and is completely worth it.
Give it a chance, check it out. It's simply astounding, and this 9/11 part is simply scary.
Please discuss this here after taking the time to watch this. It's seriously chilling, everything is so real. This is truly scary to think about.
Thanks

The only religion with a living god is the fuzzy religion. *bows down*
Re: Zeitgeist
Now... I need to fix this whole Bush problem! I'll call up my friend Zeus from the dead, and have him zap that dumbass.
Re: Zeitgeist
eh I tend to doubt propaganda/conspiracy videos. The religion part is interesting. We didn't benefit from 9/11 if it was in fact a controlled demolition. I have no idea what we could possibly gain, unless a decreased national debt, (that is a theory btw). I mean Bush is not smart enough to plan this out. People like to speculate at the way the floors collapsed in a pancake method and how apparantly blown out windows indicates a bomb. Idiotic, pressure from the collapsed floors from above would do that. As consumerism increases yes it will decrease time to actually think about what matters most to us besides materials. I dislike that a lot. Thankfully before it gets really bad I will be off this planet.

Re: Zeitgeist
Dude... course he wasn't. Bush is a ****tard, if anything he was presented a plan, "reviewed it" and gave it the ok.

Re: Zeitgeist
this movie is the shiz. ok? it disses everything. I mean, whether you believe it all or not, you have to admit, the people who made it are complete cynics.

Re: Zeitgeist
are you saying being a cynic is a bad thing? Being an influential philosopher sounds good to me?
Maybe it "disses" everything because everything is somehow controlled/evil/ect.

Re: Zeitgeist
of course not. being a cynic isn't a bad thing. I said I liked it. I thought it was interesting.

I fail to see how anyone could put up a decent arguement against that...
