What do you love to fall asleep do?

I love to fall to slumber with the cadence of raindrops. Or the cascading thunder from a storm.

Also, what is your ideal temperature?

I love it when it's a bit chilly outside of my blankets, it makes under me feel encompassed in warmth under my blankets.

I haven't been getting much sleep as I should be getting. It is starting to add some wear and tear onto me and my mind.

I have a problem with sleep. Let me explain.

Sleep right now is something that is precious to me, but I can never enjoy it. I either have no time to actually get a fulfilling amount, or if I take the time to do so I always feel like I've wasted so much time. I've created an unfortunate paradox for myself (school isn't helping), and I just wish that for once I could just spend a whole day in bed...not doing anything but sleeping.

I feel ya there I really need to catch up on my sleep but its just so hard to.

Naps are my saving grace. If I take too long of a nap, they seem to make me even more tired, but a quick 15 minute name does surprisingly wonderful things. I didn't really learn how to nap until college, but I now realize what a valuable skill it is, especially since, unfortunately, getting a good nights sleep definitely gets even harder once you hit college...

I actually some decent sleep to prepare for my tournament today. But I am now exhausted!

I think I'm going to head towards the realm of sleep here soon. I will wake up early to do mah studying.
