Weekend Movies

Today after filming and editing about half of my mythology video (True Life: I'm a Greek Hero) for Honors English, I realized just how much fun making this quick movie was. For 3 minutes of footage my group traveled to 6 different locations, 4 for filming and 2 for supplies, and interacted with horses, bulls, cats, canadian geese, rode through the country in the back of a truck, spray painted fruit, got up on my roof, and just had a lot of fun overall! This got me thinking even more... We didn't even start filming till probably 1 or 2 o'clock today. How much fun would it be to get a group of 3-4 guys over on a Friday night, spend the night over, hang out, brainstorm movie ideas, come up with a quick plan of attack, gather some supplies, then film all day Saturday from maybe 9 or 10 till late evening. Then after that you could edit through the night and part of Sunday and have a cool homemade video up on the web by Sunday afternoon or evening.

I have anything we could need as far as cameras go, and also a mac with iMovie HD. I'm just looking for people that might have fun with this and would be able to bring unique ideas to the table. Feel free to talk on here and then send me a message if you're really serious.

I have always wanted to do that, and the only other person I had some kind of movie aspirations with this year in either filming or writing a movie is now far too busy to something like that. But I would totally be into doing that, but it might have to wait for the summer for me, or the end of school after forensics.

This would be so awesome! Ive kinda done this sort of thing and it was a great time. I would love to join, If i may that is.

So even though I said I still wanted to you're just going to abandon all hope without consulting me...I mean I am busy but there's going to be time soon.
