Strange Scars Empty Strange Scars

Post by somedeadidiot Mon Aug 04, 2008 11:51 pm

I once scratched my arm on a branch, it didn't even break skin, it didn't bleed, it didn't even get red. But now (3 years later) I still have a scar on my arm where it scratched me.

What are some of your strange scars?

Strange Scars Empty Re: Strange Scars

Post by Taylawr Tue Aug 05, 2008 12:15 pm

I have one on my forehead from when I was about a year and a half old. I pulled a metal chair over on me. I used to have this habit of hanging on the back of chairs. Anyway, it was in a mall in a different town. We had to go to their hospital, I bled all over everything (you know how the head bleeds usually more than any other part of the body). I kept wailing, "mooom, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!"

and I have a scar on my foot from a surgery. that one's my favorite. it was a wicked time I had getting that.

(and I'm sorry about that, Olivia. if we didn't have to make those STUPID HOUSES IN MATH. I didn't like that project)

It's a crescent shaped scar. That makes it +1.

I have a really small scar on the back of my left hand where I slipped when cutting a box with a utility knife and stabbed myself.

It was an odd experience. It didn't bleed at first so I figured it was just a scratch. Next time I looked at it, it was shooting out blood like a fountain. I thought it was actually pretty cool, it didn't hurt at all, but it did leave a scar. It looks like a tiny little oval.

I have scars... but no strange stories for them. Sad I got a lot of my scars on my right arm from when I was little and I got rocky mountain spotted fever. That is a mouthful. ANYways. That is when I got really really sick and needed to go to the hospital. And the scars are from little scab-like spots that come up on you and they sometimes itch. But when you are better and the spots go away they leave scars.

Strange Scars Empty Re: Strange Scars

Post by little.miss.sunny Sun Aug 10, 2008 1:46 pm

i have three scars on my left knee and none on my right. the first scar i got when i was 5 and i fell on the gravel outside my aunt's house. a bigger sized rock sliced me. the second one (the one that i am most proud of btw) was when i was 9 and i fell off my bike. well actually i sort of half way fell off of it and i was going pretty fast. so the friction basically tore/ripped/peeled off about a third of my knee. it was green and yellow and purple, almost down to the bone. very bloody. my brother got my mom and she poured hydrogen peroxide on it and told me not to cry. as if. the third one was a wasp sting.

Oh ya! I have a scar on my left foot! It's from when I was... younger (dunno how old) and I was swinging on our porch and I jumped off the swing onto a bicycle tire that my dad was in the middle of fixing and it had wires and stuff sticking out of it so anyways I jumped on it and the wire got jabbed into my foot. Nobody was outside to hear me scream so... I just pulled it out of my foot since it hurt really bad and went inside crying and bleeding all over my mom's white carpet. Anyways. I still had a little metal in my foot for the longest time and that took forever to heal over. So... I have a scar on my left foot. And it's not really strange, let's just say.. special.
