Who is your favorite band?

I have to go with Led Zeppelin, something about the 70's rock and roll, their songs are just badass. Who is your favorite band?

At the moment it's Nine Inch Nails. Such a unique band.

I never like to say that I have a favorite band, because it always changes. Currently, I'm really fond of Sleep Terror, though. They combine Tech Death with Jazz. It's really interesting, and one guy does all the instruments.

That's awesome. I love bands where one guy does it all. That's why I love NIN because Trent Reznor does everything.

My fav for a while has been The Acacia Strain followed by Whitechapel. The vocalist for T.A.S. has a very unique voice for his vocals, so I really dig it. My favorite album is The Dead Walk at the moment (which is a basic given), and I just pre-ordered Continent (That's right, support the scene

TAS is probably one of the only hardcore bands I like to some degree.

It changes quite a lot, but probably Pink Floyd right now. All time I'm gonna say it's gotta be either The Beatles, Coheed and Cambria, or Thrice.

I'm going through a Pink Floyd phase myself. I absolutly love the Wall as you can tell lol.

Er. It's a threesome of Rasputina, Voltaire, and the Dresden Dolls.

I can honestly say I have not heard any of their music.

I've heard of the Dresden Dolls. Never gotten around to listening to them though.

I've also developed a liking for Between the Buried and Me lately.

Hard to go wrong with BTBAM.

I was never a Slipknot fan, and I know it because when I tried to like them, it didn't go well. I probably gave up on them after mere days. Their music just does absolutely nothing for me.

Lately I've been revisiting Necrophagist and Aborted in my library. Great bands.

Yeah I always felt that Slipknot was a poor ripoff of Mushroomhead myself.

Yeah, that's exactly how I feel. I do like Mushroomhead, though.

I've never heard of Mushroomhead actually.

I do enjoy Slipknot's album Iowa if I'm ENRAGED though. They're such a hateful band, haha.

But even when I am really enraged, something else generally has priority over slipknot.

Besides, if a band ends up on Guitar Hero, it's generally a bad sign, lol

Yeah, exactly.

Right now it's a threesome between Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, and my dad's friend's band called 2nd Wind...I love 2nd Wind the have that 80's kick ass guitar feel and it feels like they can do concerts since I love it that much.

Hey their are a lot of good songs on Guitar Hero. I blame the game for ruining them though because people act like if a song hasn't been on Guitar Hero it isn't any good which is the furthest from the truth.

U tell them Jake...lol. Yeah Guitar makes some crappy songs that nobody like and make them popular and then turns good songs to crap. That's my opinion anyway.

I love classic rock like Zeppelin, Def Leppard, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, that kinda thing but my FAVORITE bands I would have to say are Motion City Soundtrack and Blink-182. =P
