What is your favorite breed of dog?

Do you have a certain favorite, mine is the Border Collie, one of the smartest and most fun dogs to be around. What kind of dog is your favorite?

I'm going to go with the generic Labrador comment haha

Ah, I have two favorites.

One, being Weimeraners because they're very personable and extremely good hunting dogs.

The second, are Chihuahuas, because although they're associated with glam, and often times being annoying and mean, they're some of the best companions you could ask for. If you treat them right in the beginning, and interact with them, it's hard to go wrong.

Yeah, I really like Chihuahuas, having two of my own, (one a mix) they are really sociable dogs.

Basset Hounds are my all time favorite. They all just sit around, sleep and eat, just how I like my dogs. lol

German shephards, Chesepeake Bay Retrievers, and Alaskan Malamutes r my favorite dogs.

My family owns two Black Mouth Curr/Rhodesian Ridge-back mixes and they are the most playful loving dogs ever. I've owned a Rottweiler, Black Lab mix, a few Terriers, and a Miniature Doberman-Pincher, and the Two Black Mouth Curr/Rhodesian mixes are easily the funnest to be around.

The only complaint that I have is that one of them has food aggression, but that's strictly the fault of the previous owners.

That being said those two are not the best dogs I've ever owned, just the funnest. The best is definitely a terrier mix that we have, that is undoubtedly the most loyal dog ever, and very smart. He understands fairly complex commands and defends our house from anybody and everybody. He's mainly loyal to my sister, because she spent the most time with him as a puppy. He even backs me off when I'm yelling at her sometimes, but he'd never bite me.

I adore pugs. They are soooo cute! Those and Saint Bernards...ginormous dogs.

I've never thought of Pugs as cute...They're very affectionate though, and I don't have a problem with them.

My ex-girlfriend had a poodle. It was freaky etc.

Then my ex dumped me. =[

My favourite type of dog would be a Golden Retriever.

My favorite kind of dog is a puppy!! Not really. It is really a west highland white terrier AKA westie. They are sooo cute! And playful. And insanely active.

I want to get a rotweiler. I think they're beautiful dogs, despite the negative stigma. I would name it babe and it would be the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, haha.

Little dogs are far too brutal.

yeah and little dogs r so annoying but big dogs r so less annoying and good love dogs.

Yeah little dogs are sometimes very mean and can have bad tempers but I have a little pug/boston terrier mix and she is really nice

well not all little dogs r mean ofcourse

I also like black labs a lot! But I found out that they are sooo hard to control when they are big but still have that playful, wild, puppyish attitude.

Black labs are awesome, those would be in my top five, I would say.
