Dreams. Horrible, horrible dreams.

I decided to post this in The Asylum not because I'm fuming with anger, but because I'm probably going to be crazy for the rest of my life.

So last night was probably the worst night of my life, dream-wise. I had a total of four dreams:

1. My family and I were in France when I went underground from this manhole in this big luxurious hotel. Underneath, there was this catacomb so I follow it and at the end was this coffin with a dead Japanese girl inside. She was well preserved and her hands were open like she was holding something. Hanging on the wall was this golden Rubix cube looking thing, so I picked it up and put it in her hands. Then I returned to the surface, only to realize that a massive zombie outbreak had occurred. My whole family was infected and the security guards shot them all right in front of me.

2. (Alright, last Tuesday my mom overdosed on painkillers and was rushed to the hospital, so this is what instigated this dream). I walked into my living room only to find my mom with a handful of pills, and right before I can snatch them away from her, she manages to take them all. I grab her and I freeze. Shortly then after, she died in my arms.

3. I was at my girlfriend's house and I was eating some food, when I decided to fake like I was choking. Well, I did that and my girlfriend freaked out. I then told her that I was just kidding and she flipped the hell out. I couldn't get her to calm down and she ended up breaking up with me and throwing me out of the house.

4. This one was alright, not a nightmare or anything. I was playing StarFox 64, and I was wondering what would happen if I just let the train boss on the level MacBeth continue to travel onwards. Well, I did that and about five minutes later the graphics turned from N64 quality to Xbox 360 quality and I had to fight a new boss. It was a flora-like running man, kinda of like the boss on Venom where the guy just keeps running and hitting the wall until you kill him. It looked something like this:



What do you guys think? Anybody else have horrible dreams often?

Damn man that's pretty horrible. I don't think I've ever had four back to back dreams. Usually I fall back asleep and it's a continuation of the dream I was having.

Wow they are extreme dreams. I only have a dream if I'm in hospital on anesthetic as well. Once i cut my back open and needed treatment, so they injected general anesthetic into me, and i had some really nice dreams.

I just skip the whole sleeping thing all together.

I can control when to wake up
from a dream. Like if I know
I'm dreaming I just open my eyes.
Sometimes it's a good dream and
I get really mad when I wake up!!!

Interesting. I sometimes get this feeling where i wake up, really fast! and i feel like someone was about to shoot me, and i just got away in a seconds time. It's very strange.

I still don't understand why you hate sleeping, I quite enjoy it.

I don't hate it. There's just other things I'd rather be doing than laying in bed starring at the ceiling for a few hours, only to fall asleep for an hour or two, then wake up again for an hour, fall asleep for an hour, wake up for an hour, and so on.

I hate those dreams where you feel like you're falling, then you wake up and jump and land on the bed.... Kinda creepy, actually.

Yes I was just going to post about this, your entire body shakes and you wake up with your eyes wide. Scary stuff

I do this. All. The. Time. I hate it so bad.

I actually kind of like it. Don't know why.

You sir, are one crazy guy. My heart feels like its gonna beat of my chest when it does that.

Ack I hate those sorts of dreams. It's your fear and terror of the ordeal from your real life situation coming forth in the form of a nightmare.


I've had dreams about demons and evil spirits before. It's freaky.

In 4th of or 5th grade, I once had a dream of a girl that I met about three days later. It bothers me, because I feel as though I see her everywhere...

So, I had another ongoing bad dream. Not as bad as the other ones though.

1. Its the end of the world. A meteor is on a crash course on its way to Earth. Everybody is panicking, stores are being looted, families are huddling together, all that sort of thing. Well, the meteor hits, half of the world's population is gone (it hit Asia). But, when the meteor entered the Earth's atmosphere, there was a reaction with all the gases in the air and somehow it caused a chain reaction of all the world's volcanoes to erupt simultaneously. That wiped out all but 2% of the world's population. End dream.

2. I was left alive, along with my ex-girlfriend Rene. We quickly buried the hatchet between us and all was well so we were left to pick up the pieces. Our families, friends, everyone else but us were dead. In the backwoods in the middle of nowhere, we found this house so we decided to make it our home. Oh, and I forgot to mention that Rene had a kid named Dominic, but we call him Dom for short. Well, I forgot this part of the dream but we ended up on an airship from Super Mario 3, and somehow we find more survivors, but we all ended up dieing at the end. End dream.

3. Its Gears of War 3 now, and my "son", Dom, is now leading a group of survivors, who right now have been turned into those robots from Robocop, to a place where they can be turned back to humans. But the dream ended there.

I had an awful dream a couple nights ago, a horrible horrible dream. OH man.

I've dreamt weird shit before.


I've dreamt that I've walked around my house and been haunted by demons.

I dreamt I got a girl pregnant, for one, at first I was in this other dudes body, big ugly, and sunburned, it was awful.

Anyways, when she told me, I freaked out! I started screaming all around my house. She then said that she was keeping the baby. (Which I expected, but it didn't stop my panic.)

Anyways, then this guy I knew talked about how the price of gasoline was dependent on abortions...then I woke up,

For the first couple of seconds I thought the dream was real...then I was flooded with sweet relief.

I think I'm pretty lucky with dreams. I don't get them that bad.

When I was little, though, I had this dream where I got chased around Walmart by a life size barbie with a chainsaw. I was scared for quite a while...

I had a dream about that huge monster from return of the jedi, instead of trying to eat luke, he would try to eat me. and everytime I'd try to stab him with my lightsaber, he'd eat it.

I had a dream last night where me and some friends sat around and watched movies... with Sharlto Copley.

I had a dream the other night that it was the first day of school and my middle school was combined with the high school and I couldn't find my chemistry class to save my life.
