Currently I am sitting in a sleeper car on an amtrak train en route to Washington DC. It's pretty lovely and I've had a fun trip so far.

I've just returned from camping out at Kanopolis Lake here in Kansas. It was a fairly decent trip. We went trail riding through Horsethief Canyon, sat outside by the campfire and enjoyed the great outdoors.

I went up by Kansas City in early June to see my sister-in-law. I witnessed my nephew's birth (: But "witness", I mean I was up by her head trying to not vomit... ... It's was a nice experience (:
