We wanna see it!!! lol
Here's one I wrote shortly after my grandpa died. It's copyrighted...so don't get any funny ideas! Lol j/k
Loss
Heavy heart, something's missing
Crying softly, reminiscing
Gloomy skies, pouring rain
Broken spirit, hidden pain
Bleak and cheerless reservation
Dimly lit desolation
Swirled emotions, tears and sorrow
Lost and hopeless, dread tomorrow
Open casket, empty chair
Dreamless sleep, it's not fair
Fragile life, nature's way
No return, wish you'd stay
Pictures, letters, memory lane
Earthly loss, heavenly gain
Last goodbye, but not the end
Eternal love, we'll meet again

Re: Poetry
Very well done. You know how to write, and it really shows, lol. Let me dig out my poem on Julius Caesar. I wrote this in my Freshman year for a project.
SPEAK HANDS FOR ME,
It was all crashing down.
As blades were unveiled,
I forgot of the crown.
As metal was ripping through
My hopes, dreams and skin
the fears I had pushed aside
Were unearthed from within.
Blood is draining from my veins
As hope is vanquished for Rome.
Once surrounded by support,
Now left dying alone.
SPEAK HANDS FOR ME,
It was all crashing down.
As blades were unveiled,
I forgot of the crown.
As metal was ripping through
My hopes, dreams and skin
the fears I had pushed aside
Were unearthed from within.
Blood is draining from my veins
As hope is vanquished for Rome.
Once surrounded by support,
Now left dying alone.
Re: Poetry
Snow White
The cruel darkness entombs her mind.
In his world she is confined.
Beneath the surface, she fights for air,
but she's trapped under his cold stare.
Her thoughts draped over the waning moon.
The sparrows sing a woeful tune.
Her innocent blue eyes
are longing for the summer skies.
Ice crystals form on her pale skin.
She begs forgiveness for her sins.
In the snow she dies alone,
She finally found her passage home.

Sleeping Beauty
Time freezes and slowly proceeds
She longs for death; for time to cease
He is the master, she is the slave
She won't win, she's no longer brave
She shouts but we don't hear a slight whisper
His taste eats her; it burns, its bitter
How she longs for her childhood again
But for now she looks forward to an end
She is locked up in a tower for him only
He embraces her again, painfully, slowly
She screams for mercy, for him to go
He is violent and his body says no
Just a little girl, crying but still alone
She keeps the secret unkown
As he performs his horrific ritual
He forgets her purity; her menstrual
Another victim he has affected
He is disgusted, and can't accept it
A trip to the clinic should do the trick
His heart is cold, as hard as brick
She has to accept, its not her choice
He is the master, theres only his voice
Another painful ritual, by another being
It's her son that she won't be seeing
She is the innocent that never gets heard
Her son was another who couldn't say a word
The father is heartless he sticks to his role
He wouldn't care if his son was sold
One nights beating goes to far
She finally lost the brutal war
He puts her lifeless body six feet into the earth
He chose to see her dead rather than at birth
He was more than just her master
You see, he was also her father
His job is done, no more of his duties
She was just another of his sleeping beauties
